01 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and ph180 ("ph180," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing and using ph180 — whether through the website at ph180.onl or via the ph180 mobile app — you confirm that you accept these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using ph180 immediately and should not proceed with registration. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the amended version.

ph180 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.

02 Player Eligibility

To register and play on ph180, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a resident of the Philippines and are accessing ph180 from within the Philippines.
• You are registering as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gaming activities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

ph180 does not accept registrations from individuals who are under the legal age for online gaming in the Philippines. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed, and all funds in that account will be forfeited. ph180 may require age verification documents at any point during the registration process or thereafter.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of ph180 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold player accounts on the platform.

03 Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one account on ph180. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, ph180 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any remaining balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and valid contact details. You agree to keep this information up to date throughout your time on the platform.

ph180 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with standard platform security practices. You may be required to submit supporting documents — such as a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method — before your account can be fully activated, before a withdrawal is processed, or at any other time ph180 deems it necessary.

Failure to complete verification when requested may result in account limitations, including withdrawal restrictions, until the required documents are provided and reviewed.

04 Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits on ph180 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph180 supports a range of local payment options available to Filipino players, including bank transfer, online banking, and Philippine e-wallets. The specific payment methods available to you will be shown in the Deposit section of your account.

Deposits must come from a payment method that belongs to you and is registered in your name. ph180 does not accept payments from third-party accounts. Attempting to deposit using another person's payment method may result in your account being restricted pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are shown at the point of deposit. ph180 does not charge a fee for deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges that are outside ph180's control.

Deposited funds are available in your ph180 account balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not reflect within the expected timeframe, contact ph180 support through the platform for assistance.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on ph180 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) to a payment method registered in your name. ph180 does not release funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification. This is a standard security requirement and applies to all players. Withdrawals will not be released to unverified accounts.

Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and may be subject to additional review periods for larger withdrawal amounts. Estimated processing timelines are shown in the Withdrawal section of your account.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum and maximum limits that apply per transaction and per day.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
• ph180 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or placed under review if unusual account activity is detected.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

ph180 offers various promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback rewards, and event-based promotions tied to Philippine sports seasons and holidays. Each promotional offer carries its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. These individual offer terms take precedence over the general provisions in this section wherever they differ.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable requirement is stated in each offer's terms.
• Bonuses are awarded for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Only one active bonus may apply to an account at any given time unless the offer terms expressly state otherwise.
• ph180 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or cancel a player's participation in a promotion if abuse or misuse is suspected.
• Bonus offers have expiry windows. Any unclaimed or unused bonus funds after the stated expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.

07 Player Conduct and Fair Use

ph180 expects all players to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human play.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical glitches in the platform's software. Any winnings obtained as a result of a confirmed software error may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks on deposits, identity fraud, or money laundering through the platform.
• Opening accounts on behalf of another person or allowing another person to access and operate your account.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with ph180's platform, software, or systems.

ph180 monitors account activity on an ongoing basis. If suspicious behaviour is detected, ph180 may freeze an account pending investigation without prior notice. Players found in violation of this section will have their accounts permanently closed.

08 Responsible Gaming

ph180 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Online gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment and should be treated as such. ph180 strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and to take breaks when needed.

Players who believe they may have a problem with their gaming habits are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available through ph180's platform or to seek help from appropriate support organisations. 09 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ph180 account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered contact details. ph180 will never ask you to share your password or OTP via any channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ph180 support immediately. ph180 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

ph180 uses SSL encryption across the platform to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. Additional security measures including OTP verification are applied to sensitive account actions such as withdrawal requests and password changes.

10 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your ph180 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method, provided your account is verified and in good standing.

ph180 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached any section of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected.
• A player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, ph180 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where ph180 closes an account for reasons unrelated to player conduct, any withdrawable balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

11 Limitation of Liability

ph180 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While ph180 makes every reasonable effort to ensure consistent, uninterrupted service, the platform may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond ph180's control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph180 shall not be liable for any loss of funds, profits, data, or opportunity arising from:

• Temporary platform downtime or service interruptions.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Technical errors in game software, provided that any affected rounds or sessions are resolved in line with fair game procedures.
